3 Tbsp (24 g) Cinnamon

2 teaspoons (6 grams) Ginger

1 1/2 teaspoons (4 grams) Nutmeg

1 1/2 teaspoons (2 grams) Allspice


Instructions

  • Gather Ingredients – Measure out pre-ground or whole spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves). Grind whole spices if preferred.
  • Mix Spices – Combine spices in a bowl. Stir well or shake in a small container to ensure even distribution.
  • Store – Transfer to an airtight jar and store in a cool, dark place like your pantry for maximum freshness.

Love cloves?  Add 1 tsp to this pumpkin pie spice!
